My name is Sasha Cope. I am married with 3 daughters (13, 9, 2) and live in Manteca (about 3 hours south of Chico).
The single greatest influence on my life was my mother. She was a preschool teacher, with a BA in English Lit and an
MA in child development. From her I learned the love of literature, the appreciation for classical and world music,
respect for other cultures, and a one-world view toward our planet and its inhabitants.
I am beginning my senior year at Chico with plans to graduate Spring 2006 in the Liberal Studies Online Program. I will then
begin my multi-subject credential program at CSU Stanislaus. I hope to teach one of the primary grades (K-3) at a local elementary
school.
